Our Games
Who are your board games for ?

Our Crack List card game is for anyone and everyone who wants to have some fun, including adults, teenagers and kids!

It is a multi-generational game for players aged 10 to 120, and can be enjoyed with your family, friends and even your colleagues :)

When can I play your games ?

Crack List is a pocket-sized game that you can take absolutely anywhere, giving you endless opportunities to have some fun in the car, on the beach, in a train or even on a plane !

It’s the perfect game to play whilst sipping aperitifs or at parties or year-end celebrations.

Basically, whenever you get together with family or friends !

My Order
I want to amend/cancel my order. What should I do ?

Orders are usually dispatched within 12 hours of being confirmed.

Once our warehouse has begun processing your order, it can no longer be amended.

We will, however, do all we can to find a suitable solution.

Will I receive promotional emails once I’ve placed an order ?

You may do, yes.

We are still a small family business and we only contact our customers by email when we have a new game we would like to tell them about or if we have some good news to share.

Payment
What methods of payment do you accept ?

You can pay for your purchases using a bank card, Apple Pay or PayPal.

Are payments secure ?

Yes, our payment process is ultra-secure and all your card details are encrypted using the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol.

In addition, we do not have access to your bank details and never store them on our servers.

That is why we ask for them again each time you place a new order on our site.

I’d like to receive a copy of my invoice via email. What should I do ?

It’s easy ! Simply email your request to hello@yaqua.studio.com along with your order number, first name and last name, and we’ll send your invoice straight out.

Delivery
How long will it take for my order to be delivered ?

Orders are processed and dispatched in one working day (excluding holidays and national holidays).

The delivery time then depends on the carrier, but generally takes one to three working days.

How can I track my delivery ?

When we dispatch your order, we will send you an email with a number to allow you to track your delivery.

Simply click on the link to access delivery tracking.

Please don’t hesitate to send us an email if your order still hasn’t arrived after seven working days.

The goods I received were damaged. What should I do ?

We are really sorry to hear this has happened.

Please send an email to hello@yaqua.studio.com so that we can find an appropriate solution.

Returns
I would like to return the goods I ordered. What do I need to do ?

You have 14 days to return goods after receipt of your order.

If, during this period, the game has not been opened and is still in its original (unopened) packaging, simply send us an email and we will send you a return slip.
