Our Games
Who are your board games for ?

Our Crack List card game is for anyone and everyone who wants to have some fun, including adults, teenagers and kids!

It is a multi-generational game for players ages 10 to 120, and can be enjoyed with your family, friends and even coworkers :)

When can I play your games ?

Crack List is a pocket-sized game that you can take absolutely anywhere.
It offers you endless opportunities for fun in the car, on the beach, in a train or even on a plane! It’s the perfect game to play over an afterwork drink, at a party or during year-end celebrations.
Basically, whenever you get together with family or friends!

My Order
I want to change/cancel my order. What should I do ?

Orders are usually shipped within 12 hours of confirmation.

Once our warehouse has begun processing your order, it can no longer be changed.

We will, however, do everything in our power to find a solution that meets your needs.

Will I receive promotional emails once I’ve placed an order ?

Yes, that's possible.

We are still a small family-run business and only contact our customers by email when we have a new game we want to tell them about or good news to share.

Payment
What methods of payment do you accept ?

You can pay for your purchases using a bank card, Apple Pay or PayPal.

Are payments secure ?

Yes, our payment process is ultra-secure and all your card details are encrypted using the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol.

In addition, we have zero access to your bank details and never store them on our servers.

This is why we ask for them again each time you place a new order on our site.

I’d like to receive a copy of my invoice via email. What should I do ?

It’s easy ! Simply email your request to hello@yaquagames.com along with your name and order number, and we’ll send your invoice to you immediately.

Delivery
How long will it take for my order to be delivered ?

Orders are processed and shipped within one business day (excluding international and French holidays).

The delivery time then depends on the shipping company, but generally takes one to three business days.

How can I track my delivery ?

When we ship your order, we will send you an email with a number you can use to track the delivery process.

Simply click on the link to go to the delivery tracking.

Please feel free to send us an email if your order still hasn’t arrived after seven business days.

The products I received were damaged. What should I do ?

We are really sorry to hear this has happened.

Please send an email to hello@yaquagames.com so that we can find an appropriate solution.

Returns
I would like to return the products I ordered. What do I need to do ?

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to return the products.

If, during this period, the game has not been opened and is still in its original (unopened) packaging, simply send us an email and we will send you a return slip.
